Help FAQ
Do I need a paid plan to try MeCrawl?
No. Everyday community use includes 30,000 places/month with no credit card. Usage fees apply only when you collect far beyond that allowance.
Extension, desktop, or API — which should I start with?
Start with the Chrome extension for interactive Maps collection, desktop tools for larger self-serve crawls, and the User Business API when you need automation. All sync to the same account workspace.
Where do I find API docs?
Open the API automation guide, User API docs for the interactive explorer, or the REST API overview page for endpoints and first-call steps.
