Informational health of MeCrawl services. This is not a live monitoring feed like enterprise status pages — for incidents or suspected outages, email mecrawl.com@gmail.com with timestamps and affected endpoints.
Reliability is a product feature. We aim for commercially reasonable uptime of the web app, API, and sync pipeline. “Operational” means we are not aware of a widespread outage at publish time of this page’s last content update — always verify with a live request if you are blocked.
What “Operational” means
Login, dashboard, and documented API endpoints respond for typical traffic. It does not guarantee zero errors, zero maintenance windows, or third-party Maps availability.
How to report an incident
Email mecrawl.com@gmail.com with subject “Incident”, your account email, locale/region, failing URL or API path, approximate UTC time, and a sample request id or screenshot if available.

Do you publish historical uptime SLAs?
Not on this page. Written SLAs are available only under separate enterprise agreements.
Google Maps itself is down — is that a MeCrawl outage?
Collection depends on publicly available Maps pages. Platform issues outside MeCrawl can block crawls even when our app and API are operational.
