Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MeCrawl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
MeCrawl provides business data collection and export tools focused on publicly available Google Maps listing data, plus related dashboard, extension, desktop, and API products. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Scraping and third-party terms
You must use MeCrawl in a lawful manner and respect Google Maps and other third-party terms of service that apply to your activities. MeCrawl does not authorize unlawful scraping or access that violates applicable platform rules. You are solely responsible for how you collect and use exported data.
Subscription & Billing
Paid usage is billed according to published place pricing (Free tier 30,000 collection places/month; Standard and Volume rates thereafter). Credits and quotas do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Managed collection quotes may use separate commercial terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use MeCrawl to harvest data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You may not resell raw MeCrawl exports as a competing data product without prior written authorization.
Resale and redistribution
Internal use and CRM upload are permitted. Wholesale redistribution, republishing of bulk datasets, or offering MeCrawl data as your own database product requires a written agreement.
Availability and support
We aim for reasonable uptime of the web application and API but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Status pages are informational. Support is provided via email on a commercially reasonable basis unless a separate SLA is agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
MeCrawl is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or exported data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MeCrawl's operating entity. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. For the current operating entity and jurisdiction details, contact mecrawl.com@gmail.com.
